TOPIC: CHOBANI YOGHURT


Hey guys and gals, do you like yoghurt? If you do, you’ll have to try Greek style yoghurt from Chobani. What’s so good about Chobani yoghurt compared to all other yoghurts on the market you ask? Well for starters, Chobani yoghurt is very high in protein with a whopping 16g per serve. That’s equivalent to a small can of tuna! Not bad right? Chobani yoghurt also come in 2% fat or fat-free form. So depending on your health goals, you have options to work with. If Greek yoghurt hasn’t been your thing, give it a go as Chobani comes in 17 different flavours as you can see from the picture above. There are many ways you can include Chobani into your diet.
